2019 started with brilliant news from our very own Desert Penguins Chess Club.

Children who train regularly at the club under the tutelage of our amazing coach, Augustin Madan, took part in London Junior Chess Championship Finals.

The club was represented across all age groups but the best results were achieved by Andy Wang and Saahil Bansal.

Andy took 2nd place in Under 12 Minor Section and Saahil came 2nd in Under 14 Section.
